IT Freelance Services Platform

This project involved the comprehensive design and development of the core of a marketplace platform, focused on scalable interconnection between clients (individuals and businesses) and providers of IT services and local technical support. A robust backend architecture was implemented to efficiently manage the underlying business logic. Key backend features include advanced profile management for providers and clients, a robust service search and matching system, and automation of hiring and project tracking processes. Special emphasis was placed on optimizing internal workflows, secure payment integration, and the management of transactional and operational data. The solution was designed to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in processing a high volume of requests and data — spanning technician availability management and task assignment through to information consolidation for continuous service optimization, ensuring a smooth and secure operation.
