Digital Management System for Medical Authorizations

This project consists of developing an online management system designed to streamline and optimize medical authorization and benefits services. Key objectives include reducing wait times in the validation and approval of benefits, optimizing administrative workload through a centralized digital platform, and improving communication with providers through real-time data updates. The platform allows healthcare professionals to manage their authorizations digitally, facilitating operations. Built with a robust technology stack (Laravel, MySQL), it uses queues to process background tasks and scalable storage services, ensuring efficient and structured information management, high scalability, and security. Special emphasis has been placed on process optimization to handle large volumes of data and bulk operations without affecting the overall system performance.
